The Soft Opening of Our Third Premise H2O House of Tyres and Rims

We are enthusiastic to announce to all our loyal customers the opening of our third premise, here in the royal city of Klang. Our new premise features all the standard services provided by any tyre shop or tyre workshop. However, what we possessed in our new premise was the major difference that made us stand out from any relevant competition.

After laborious and tedious research, we realized that our premise were the only possible one in the entire Klang City that possess and fully utilized one of the largest with high lifting capacity scissor lift. Our scissor lift was rated for at least a maximum capacity of 20tonne. The purpose of this scissor lift was to transport the vehicle of our patron to any of our four dedicated floors. Where each of our floors are dedicated for specific services, from tyre changing services to mechanical services.


For the perfect vehicle front wheel alignment, we at H2O House of Tyres and Rims had acquired 2 laser guided vehicle alignment with computer integrated. With these laser guided vehicle alignment apparatus, we were able to fulfill difficult standards demanded by our patrons for perfect alignments of their vehicle. We here at H2O House of Tyres and Rims also host to numerous latest innovation for our tools of the trade.

What we provide for our loyal customers, would be the largest collection of rims and tyres for most of the vehicles on our Malaysian road and most probably throughout the entire world based on our international feedback on our tyres and rims collection.

Toyo Proxes R1R (PXR1R) High Performance Tyre

Recently, we Hiap Hoe Loon Tai Sdn. Bhd. and our sister company, H20 One Stop Sdn. Bhd. had acquired the retailing rights to distribution of TOYO Tires to end-users (i.e. authorized dealer). Adhering to our main principle, we at Hiap Hoe Loon Tai Sdn. Bhd. had pursued large variety of retailing rights, for expanding our inventory of goods as we were aspired to be the largest sole tire dealership with the widest range of tire brands  available, and when it comes to TOYO Tires, there is no exception to it. Although TOYO Tires are still a foreign based distribution/manufacturing company, we have the widest range of TOYO Tires products available, all which are exquisitely imported from Japan. 

When it comes to performance and great driving experience, the tire tread pattern is practically the driving force of the vehicle. Without it, the vital static and kinetic traction will be impossible and the vehicle would literally skimming on the pavement instead of driving over it. However, it does not necessarily meant that any simple tread patterns will guarantee successful traction, it requires the perfect harmony between the geometry of the tread patterns and the ratio of tire and pavement contact surface.

Depending on the frequent road and driving condition experienced by the tire, the tread pattern must be design specifically for the type of exposure, otherwise, the tire exerted under enormous driving stress would simple failed to perform due to the insufficient compatibility tread pattern design.
As an informal consent, drivers who frequently pushing the envelope of their vehicle and poor road conditions especially during raining spells, the tire pattern compatible under these circumstances should possess an arrow head like tread pattern.
With TOYO PROXES R1R (PXR1R) tread pattern, drivers will experience great handling during slick and dry road conditions. Drivers will also noticed the performance of the vehicle increases, as the PXR1R tread pattern weights lower than its counterparts. Wear and tear of the PXR1R tread pattern is lower, due to its intricate tread pattern design and the high tensile strength steel meshes used as sort of the back bone of the tire, thus with these attributes, increases the life span of the tire. However, there is a slight trade-off, drivers may consciously or unconsciously noticed that the noise generated by this particular tread pattern is slightly higher than most other tires. Stiffer material used in the tread pattern means increased amplitude of vibration experienced by the driver and passengers alike, to counteract this, we at Hiap Hoe Loon Tai suggest the use of center cones and with our laser alignment apparatus, the vibration generated will significantly be reduced to almost none.

A Vital Pit-Stop For Avid Travelers

It was a rather a fine day on 8th of  March 2012, it was business as usual for us here at H2O One Stop (Truck) Sdn. Bhd. When suddenly just as the clock strikes 11.00am just an hour shy from lunch break, an eye catching truck decided to give us the honor of providing service and for a brand new set of tyres. This eye catching truck was a rather peculiar type, as most Malaysian may or may not have seen these type of trucks. Normally reserved for military logistic dispatches, this norm was broken by an avid traveler who decided that the ruggedness of the truck is most suited to be his home, work office, recreational vehicle (RV), and to ignite the dream of many to travel around the world.

These avid travelers are none other than Stefan Sigl and Petra Mester, both German national, the couple have been on the road for two years now, clocking over 40,000km traveled and visited 18 countries since the day the set off from Germany.

The truck, affectionately called HerrMAN, is no laughing matter, powered by an enormous 12.7- liter capacity diesel engine with an output of 380bhp. When Mr Sigl obtained HerrMAN, it was already in a bad shape, so bad that Mr. Sigl had to rebuilt almost 90% of the truck overall.
With the powerful engine, Mr. Sigl also included all the comfort of a home inside the truck, including additional fuel tanks for electricity generation, extra large water tanks for daily use, and a shelf full of supplies that would lasts at least 4 weeks, so he claims. There are also the essentials, satellite navigation, a mini garage for storing a scooter and a bicycle and a storage area stocked full with handheld tools.   

Mr. Sigl is truly a determined and dedicated man, seen from this picture, Mr. Sigl prefers hand on approach in fixing/maintain his truck, HerrMAN and changing of the tyres as well. These attributes of Mr. Sigl is almost if not the same with our ideology of dedication and utmost perfection in service provided. We were truly honored when learned that Mr. Sigl chooses our premise a few days before he sets off to Petaling Jaya for photo-shoot and from there on travels to other countries. We bid Mr. Sigl and Mdm. Mester a roaring success and a sound journey to their goal.

How We Get Prepared for The Day

Like any well organized or renowned establishment, we at Hiap Hoe Loon Tai emphasis on customer satisfaction and the quality of our both products and services. But to achieve these goals, a certain kind of individuals with sets of highly motivated and responsibility is most sought for, that's where we at Hiap Hoe Loon Tai is proud to have our very own dedicated teams of employees tasked based on their field of specialty. Now, the question is, how our employees get motivated and charged for the day? Like any normal household, discipline is the essence, here at Hiap Hoe Loon Tai, we get things done by implementing chore duty for all ranks of our employees. Here are some of the rarely witnessed scene on preparation for the day.

The common general public misconception was that most equipment is now either motorized or electric motor driven, but that is not necessarily true for these mechanical/hydraulic wonder. 

Using nothing but the hydraulic concept and human power, these hydraulic jacks are still in use today and most of the time, the jack is proven to be more convenient and time saving given the nature of the task doesn't 
exceeds its maximum 
safety load, if so more than one jack is required. Here, we can see one of our employee replacing the jack back to its initial storage bay for ease of retrieval and to avoid unwanted accidents as these jacks are below the visible field of any drivers.
The weird contraption on the left is actually a combination between a electric powered medium range hydraulic scissor lift with computer controlled laser alignment machine. The function of this machine is to conduct vehicle alignment adjustments. Vehicle alignment is vital to maintain a straight drive and not a zig-zag pattern.
Of course the jack's condition is constantly monitored, not because to make it look good, but as a safety precaution as each of the hydraulic cylinders is under enormous pressure and any minute puncture may lead to catastrophic rupture. Therefore it must be checked for fluid levels and possible devastating debris constantly. 

When Nature Calls

The stinking truth is, most people either knowingly or not judges a premise by the toilet hygiene level. As one of the most important necessity in our daily life, a clean toilet brings cheers and comfort to the users. Here at Hiap Hoe Loon Tai, we do more than just daily toilet cleaning, in addition we also use deodorants and air fresheners, and we made different module for both genders

Surau on Our Premise

Here at Hiap Hoe Loon Tai, we deeply grasped the essence of 1 Malaysia. On our grounds we included a surau for the convenience of our Muslim patrons. The surau is taken care by our Muslim employees and frequent by them as well. Not to mention, it is our Muslim employees that helped necessitated the surau.

Then, It Begins

The day truly begins when patrons arrived at Hiap Hoe Loon Tai. We cater for customer from all walks of life. From our records, we have customers that deliberately stopped by our premises from as far away as Perlis, Thailand to Singapore.

 Beneath all the chaos, we maintain order by constant communication between our employee ranks. We implement written order sheet to minimized human errors.
